Our regular vet was away and our pooch had been pokey. We took him to the closes vet. He was seen by Dr. Incze whom we found to be an arrogrant, sarcastic vet who made unkind remarks about our vets. He diagnosed our dog with a dermititis which he made a big deal about (which just about all of this breed have)and felt he had Lyme Disease. He gave him an antibiotic injection (not suitable for Lyme Disease), a cortisone injection and drew blood to test for Lyme. The next morning my dog was vitrually paralyzed and could not stand. Dr. Incze called soon after to tell me his Lyme test was positive and he needed a different antiobiotic. We rushed our pooch to our regular vet who felt it could also be something else, and told us that if it is Lyme Disease, the worst thing to give a dog is cortisone as it makes the condition worse. For this, my bill was $215. Would highly recommend anyone to avoid this clinic. I would like to rate this no stars, but the facilities and wait time were decent.

My dog was not even a patient here when I needed emergency care (my vet was closed). They were just about to close but said they would wait for me. The staff was waiting for me and even came out to the parking lot to help get my boy in. The doctor was so very compasionate and caring, he did not try to talk me into expensive surgery that would not have helped at all. When I had to make the difficult decision to have my boy PTS, one of the staff brought me a box of tissues. The doctor and a member of his staff sat with me and him as he crossed the bridge. I could not have asked for more compassionate care from strangers. I do not remember the exact charge but I do remember thinking it was not horrible for all the care that was given to him.

The only reason that the prices are quoted the way they are is because they use state of the art equipment and anesthetics. The Doctors are caring, and the staff is friendly. Not only have I seen these Docs take in emergency cases, I have seen them come in when the office is closed to meet upwith clients that need help. Every place that you go will have theor own set of prices, but the more you want for your pet, yes the more you will pay. After all you would not go to a Doctor that is not up to date on medicine and equipment, then why should your pet? Everyone has their opinions, but before you listen to ratings of other people, give the office a visit, and decide for yourselves. Make your own opinion.

Price gauging at its finest. This place is trying to be the "Vet to the Stars". They are charging outrageous fees - including a quote of $400 to spay a kitten that weighs about 2 lbs.
