I was charged for claw trimming that I did not ask for did not receive did not want and when I called to ask for a refund the clinic manager has simply refused to send me a refund check. That's the same thing as stealing from a retired senior. I have called about it several times and she keeps saying I will call you back and she never returns a call. Very poor customer service and poor business ethics.

Dr. Ketchem and staff are the very best. So kind, caring and informed. Wonderful people. I could not say enough good about them. If you are looking for the best you have found them. They took the very best care of my Buster and me that they could. And when it was time for him to go they held me in their arms and grieved with me. You can't ask for more than that.
