I had an appointment/reservation to have my dog boarded with the office for 1 night, the day after making the appointment I received a call saying that they had to cancel my appointment. They advised me that I was being denied services because I previously dated a former employee (for 1 month) that left on bad terms. I was advised that because of my association with this person, they were refusing me service until they received their money back from the former employee.
I was not aware of any conflict, nor was I aware that the individual no longer worked there and was in no way involved with that individual any more. I did not owe any money to the office, nor have I ever had any conflict or negative interactions with the office. There was absolutely no legitimate reason to deny me services. This office has bad business practices. I have also filed with the BBB (of which they are not a member).

I've only seen Dr. Haley here, but I LOVE her. I haven't had great experiences with vets in the past, but she is just lovely.. She's not judgemental or arrogant, she listens to what I say, doesn't mind at all when I want to do things a little conservatively, etc. I'm not in love with either of the two techs I've met, but the front desk is nice enough, and the vet assistants are great. It's not exactly a "cheap" clinic, but the prices aren't horrible either. I think it's $55 for an exam, but they don't add tons of stuff onto that like most clinics. Bloodwork isn't terribly expensive, and Dr. Haley at least is very willing to work with you and find the least expensive, still-effective treatments. My only possible complaint really is she has been late coming into every appointment I've had, but I really can't complain, because it just means she's one of those rare vets who doesn't rush in and out... She's spent like 45 minutes to an hour with me and my pets at every appointment. Love her!

I LOVE this vet - they take great care of my dogs and don't take financial advantage of you - unlike many other vets! Kind and caring staff and very good quality care.
