Was sold a ineffective treatment for hot spots leading to 3 sleepless nights as my dog howled in pain every time it was applied. Went back on day 4 to get the right treatment, which was provided but they refused to refund the money for the useless drug. If you want to play Doctor AND pharmacy you should expect to have to refund ineffective treatments. The clinic owner felt otherwise is was unsympathetic to my animals suffering due to her staff's timid treatment regimen. Only interested in $

Can you say THE BEST! The staff know the animals by name, their only concern is for the health and safety of their clients and there owners as well. Very supportive of local rescue groups

I have gone in with my dog and cat to see both Dr. Rocchio and Dr. Chew several times these last 2 years and they are the best veterinarians I have ever met. They explain what is going on, they are friendly, they really know their stuff, and there's a little bit of humor (never inappropriate) that sneaks in to make the visit pleasant. Their prices are fair, definitely good value for money. I have always had good experiences with the desk staff as well. I'd recommend them to anybody who wants good care.

I’ve been this vet about 3 times with a cat I had adopted from a local pound. As some of you know, the cat needed a lot of work to get her healthy from all the pound illnesses she had when I adopted her. I saw Dr Chew twice and a vet tech once for the follow up booster for feline leukemia shot. Every time they were great! The office visit prices were very reasonable. The Facilities were clean, and in all three visits I was in one of the exam rooms 5 or 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This is my first Animal so I do not have any other vet experience to compare too. I do know, that every time I leave the office I have a great understanding of everything that is going on with my cat. They have earned my turst 100%
