The facility appeared adequate from the front but I never got to go further than the front desk. I brought my kitten in to be neutered and the vet appeared to do a good job of that. However, the staff was unable to answer basic questions about the procedure. When I picked my kitten up after the procedure, the staff offered very little in post-op instructions and when I asked specific questions about the procedure and a concern I had about my kittens teeth, she replied "Oh, that's just normal kitten stuff. No need to be concerned." She would not get the vet so that I could speak with him and was distracted and would not(or could not) offer any further advice or information. All in all - I THINK the vet was competent but I would not recommend this clinic due to the staff.
