The staff are kind and try to do their best for you. The techs ROCK!!!We've had nothing but the best from them, including fast appointments when needed. We've lost two dogs, and they are wonderful and supportive through the cancer and aging, etc. AND - they make a donation in the owner's name to the Uof I compantion animal fund when they euthanize an animal! They are willing to refer you to a specialist and to discuss all the options. We've had nothing but cooperation when we wanted to try to avoid vaccine reactions, and even when we come in with little things they are most reassuring and tell us they are glad we don't wait until things are out of control to come in. We have rescued dogs. They are very good with the special cases, and celebrate the happy things and support you through the hard things. You get from your vet what you give: good information provided by you results in their ability to give you good care. They love our pets and help us do our best to take care of them.
