Click to report rating    2/23/17   5     5     4     5   It is a walk in clinic but plan on spending your day taking care of your pet well and meeting other pet owners...you will not be gouged, they have a pharmacy, surgeries, equipment, blood work capabilities, ultrasound...xrays...very happy with their checkups, surgery for cancerous lumps, thyroid, broken pelvis pin removed that became dislodged...  4/14/12   2     4     1     5   I am very very peticular who I bring my dogs to. Dr. Rudowski is AWESOME! There is none like him. If they don't treat your pet there is no fee. They work with you on the price also. The staff is another matter, the girls at the reception desk should go back to school to learn how to deal with people and answer some besic veterinary questions instead of saying,"I don't know" on the phone. Very unprofessional. The other downfall is the wait, it's first come first serve which can be good and bad. I think they should take appointments. RID: 33533
Click to report rating    11/18/08   4     3     4     5   I received conflicting diagnosis from the cat clinic & the emeregency vet (two different surgeries for feline bladder stones) and a price tag of $5500 for both. This vet performed both surgeries for $750 and did a fabulous job. There were no hassles, the vet was straight forward and was honest. I appreciate their service for my cat and my pocket book. The facilities are cluttered, but clean. A very shy animal may have difficulties due to the openess of the clinic. The clinic will bump severely injured or sick animals up the list. Again A++ job. Click to report rating    10/23/07   4     3     2     5   This clinic has done wonders with our rescue: lots of care for very low rates, and the best care. Our dog has all four legs because they were willing to do surgery on a rescued dog with two broken legs, and it took 5 operations, but they performed a miracle. If they will do such good work for a dog in a rescue, you know they will try that hard to help your dog. Yea, Dr. Bo! RID: 6214
Click to report rating    7/16/07   2     3     2     2   Recommended by a groomer. Took my 15 yr old dog in to see if they could clean his teeth. Wait not too long. Staff fairly friendly, but not the female vet. She was young, on the rude side. Didnot address the questions I had. Took blood test she wanted on dog to see if he could take teeth cleaning. Called two days later they couldn't find his results. When she did call back she never said if he could get his teeth done. Check up was more than me regular vet charged and wasted money on a blood test I never got. Will not go back with any of my 3 dogs. RID: 5228
Click to report rating    5/16/07   5     5     5     5   recommended to me by two of my neighbors and i have been taking my dog and 3 cats there ever since. The Veterinarians are great, there to take care of your pet, not trying to sell extra products. It is a walk-in clinic so sometimes the wait can be quite long, but worth it. RID: 3958
Click to report rating    3/6/07   5     5     4     5   Worth the wait. Excellent with chropped ears. The price was nominal and they didn't even cash my check. Wish he was closer. RID: 2967
Click to report rating    1/30/07   5     5     4     5   This animal hospital is a first come first serve basis. Clinic opens at 9am but you can sign in as early as 8am to obtain a slot. Expect a long wait for a visit with the vet at this clinic but the staff experience and the great cost value make up for the wait. There pricing is affordable due to the fact the main vet there works with multiple rescues and shelters and does a great deal of volunteer work. Despite of where they are located to where you live, it is truely worth the drive. They have clients from far and wide that come to their vet clinic. RID: 2299
