Dr. Smoih is one of the worst vets I ever dealt with. He overanethesized a gdog for a minor injury...and now it is unclear if the dog willeven live. tcalled my friend's dog IT...and vicious jsut because the dog was frightened. He was told the dog needed a muzzle and instead gave four different anethesias. He did nto say he was doign this or ask permission. He said the dog woudl be out for two days..who ever heard of such a thing! He came out and said, "I dont care about yoru dog." He gave so much anethesia that knocked him otu so much I feared for his life..never told of the risks...akll for aminor industyr. Dr. Smith does not appear to even like animals...He pretty much came out an said he didn;t care. Peopel take a great risk in taking their animals to him. In my opinion, any other vet woudl be a better choice.

I've been very pleased with this vet; the staff is friendly and gentle with the animals and explain all procedures fully and in understandable language. Prices for routine procedures (spaying, etc.) are posted.
