I just had to put my cat to sleep and it was a very heart breaking experience, Dr Daudjee was so compassionate and helped guide us thru this. He sent us to an animal hospital since Parker would need more, he didn't want to do exams that would then just have to be redone and cost us extra money. After we put Parker to sleep Dr Daudjee took the time to call me and let me know I made the best decision under the circumstances. He then took the time to meet me and talk to me about everything and answer my questions. Dr Daudjee is truly a caring Dr and really cares about his patients and their owners. I have been going to All Critters for many years and they have always made me feel like family. The staff is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend All Critters.

I brought my cat her for blood work. After not hearing from the vet, I called to ask about the results. It seems that they didn't put the blood work in the fridge, so the tests had to be done all over again. I now had to stress my cat out again. Plus, I live nearby and I see the vet assistants walking the dogs. Do you think they pick up the waste of the dogs.....nope. That says something right there!

Would not recommend. First, I often got the sense that I was being nickel and dimed along the way. I asked my wife whether our visits here -ever- cured anything in our pets or were they just visit after visit after visit? I felt like there were always unnecessary procedures tacked on and pushed, not to mention that prescriptions were always suspect in terms of dosage and length -- often requiring you to come back to get more and your pet not getting entirely cleared up and better. The one positive I can think of at this clinic is that while you may be waiting awhile past your scheduled appointment, once you're in there you'll have some good one on one time with the doctor without feeling rushed. If you do decide to go here, be sure to have a plan in mind or course of action so you can be firm on what it is you're looking for otherwise you'll likely get nickel and dimed like I described.

I would think twice about taking your pet and family member to Dr. Daudje, I had been going there for a few years and at times questioning his pushing for different procedures, but at the time I trusted him, I now feel what a mistake that was. As my beloved dog died and myself and my family feel very strongly that he had misdiagnosed my dog and we went through so many different unnessary tests and procedures to try and find out what was wrong only to find out when it was to late and my dog had passed a very tragic ending where he was very much suffering that it was all along in his blood work as liver disease and a secondary condition known as Hepatic Encephalopathy, Dr.Daudje continued to tell me his high liver enzymes where not a concern and even more drugs to tax his liver even more than it already was, yet he had all the symptoms which i didn't no at the time until i researched it after going through all his blood work again, he may of lived longer.

Staff at this clinic were especially rude to me upon even entering the facility. One older lady there was very demeaning while the other two were absolutely clueless. The facility isnt always clean, dirty floors and the reception desk is a mess. They used to have chinchillas that always made a huge mess everywhere and Ive seen pets eat chinchilla feces. It is disgusting. Dr Daudjee is also demeaning and quite rue and always pushed for unnecessary treatment. Overall, my impression is not good at all. Walking into this place and being treated like complete crap by the staff is completely unacceptable. Listening to staff members gossip about other clients is absolutely disgusting and childish. Grow up and be professional.

THE BEST VET EVER!! I've dealt with All Critters for over a decade, and they have treated our animals throughout their lives with care and compassion. We have been through multiple cancer diagnoses, diabetes management, breeding clearances on our assistance dog puppies, accidents and of course the routine care and vaccinations. My dogs get excited when they arrive, and tail wagging throughout their visit. Dr Daudjee is amazing, as is his staff.

Not only did the vet give my cat an anti vomit pill without my consent (which resulted in her choking and dying) but when I had her cremated I was told I'd be called to pick her up when they got her back. After a week I finally called asking why I havnt recived a call, I was informed they had her back for most of the week they just didn't think I was ready yet. The nerve! A good vet would know that I've wanted my beloved pet back from the day I brought her there.

My friend recommended me to take my dog to this clinic because she was really happy with them. I took my dog in in a Saturday and was helped by a girl named Julie. I felt rushed and not welcome. Probably won't go back. Doctor seemed nice though! A blonde girl was there too and was cheerful.

Pushed very hard to sell highly priced diet prescription cat food for my 11 pound cat. When asked what of the pet store brands would be the best - I was told they were all no good - only their food was any good. I cannot afford that food due to a recent drastic cut in income and the cat is only a few ounces more that she has been. I told the vet I would switch my cat to an indoor food and was told that wasn't good enough; I must need more information. I declined again. When in the front room waiting to pay, the Dr walked up and told the receptionist to get me more info on the food they sell. I again said I couldn't afford it and was publicly, loudly, told that if I cared about my cat, I would get the food. I'm struggling financially, it was humiliating and I left in tears. Then got a call 2 wks later saying to bring my cat for a weight check/exam and regular weight checks for a while. Seemed like they were trying to just hard sell with no compassion for financial circumstances.

I have been taking my puppy to this vet for the same problems since January. Vomiting then diarrhea, then the cycle repeats. I have become very skeptical about his abilities as a vet. Also his staff are not very competent in my opinion. I have spent just under $800 here and feel I have been fleeced. :-( I would give examples but I would be way over the 1000 character limit.

We have been taking our dogs and puppies to Dr. Daugjee at All Critters Animal Clinic for 5 years. We have nothing but praise for the treatment and care that he has bestowed upon our pets. Dr. Daugjee always takes time during an exam to talk to our new puppy owners about their pet. The staff is always friendly upon your arrival. The care and compassion that is shown towards you and your pet helps relieve any anxiety and tension you both may be feeling. This is important as we all consider our pets as loving members of our family. When one is sick or hurt it is a comfort to know they care and are compassionate not just for your pet but you as a owner as well. The medical treatment that your pet will get is one of the best any where in the lower mainland as far as we are concerned. The facility is clean and well organized. As far as pricing is concerned the prices are in the ballpark with other facilities. We highly recommend Dr. Daugjee and his staff at All Critters Animal Clinic.

Dr. Daudjee at All Critters is excellent. He was very good at taking the time to explain the details of my dog's condition and answering my questions. I never feel like I am being rushed out the door. I have phoned several times with questions and the vet is always very quick to return my calls and provide a phone consultation.

I have used this veterinary clinic for over 7 years for my cat and 2 dogs. i love their staff and doctor for the way they treat your animals as well as don't do anything that isn't necessary to treat your animal.
