My dog was bit by a rattlesnake and Dr. Dickerson told us he had 'no openings' today. Sorry. Don't waste your time bringing your pet here. They don't recognize an emergency or care about your pet.

The staff is wonderful. I assume the care was adequate. My one complaint is that they try to "sell" things and make recommendations that seem ludicrous. They have obviously attended Marketing seminars. I'll just have to toughen up and buy toothpaste elsewhere.

After finding out that another veterinarian in town could have possible saved our beloved dog for about half of what Livingston Vet was charging, I feel that I have to speak out. The greed at this facility is ridiculous and really sad. Aren't they supposed to care about our furry family members? Was told that we needed to come up with half of $3000 to even see if they could do anything for our dog. Greed is the only word that describes this place. Beware!
