First off I felt they were extremely expensive...I spent over $5000. My Golden Retiever had to have her pelvis broke to get to a tumor to remove it. She was sent home not eating and in bad condition. I had to force feed her after so many days. I was considering I made a mistake on having her go through surgery...and was thinking of letting her go. I went on line and looked up her medication and to find out (myself) that her pain pills could be why she was not eating. Then one night her belly opened up and was bleeding....this was around 3 AM....we rushed her back to the hospital. When it comes for this vet hopital to call you back......they call at the very end of they day. When I called I would like to know the condition of my dog and what was going on! No one during the day will let you know (even with all the staff they have) It seems rude and frustrating not knowing what is going on. That was my biggest frustration...was them not letting me know....that I would rate a 0!
