I've been using this Stage Road H. for four years. The rates are good and the Vets seem knowledgeable and friendly. I have two large dogs so they received revenue for both of my pets care and maintenance medicine. I stopped using them because the front office staff is very rude both in person and on the phone. They seem very unorganized because even with nobody else in the lobby and with an appointment I would wait for up to an hour and 15 minutes to get into the vet. The staff were abrupt on the phone, acted like they didn't have time for my questions. They don't have the right personalities for customer service. For a couple of years I put up with their rude treatment --- then when I concluded they weren't just having a bad day, I took my business elsewhere. Why spend your money on a bad experience?

They are very busy and you have to wait awhile, but the vet is knowledgeable and the rates are fair

The rates at this facility are very, very reasonable. To date, my experience is they do not take advantage of the owners wallet and love of their animal. Dr.Mendoza is very honest. If she doesn't know a thing, she says so. If she knows how to find out, she'll tell you. Though you may wait a while for your appt, it is because they are very busy throughout the week and take care of each animal with total consideration; even under a tremendous case load. There is a large support staff in the back and the front. The front staff, who deal directly with animal owners, are often harried but part of this is due to owners being unreasonable and rude ( I've seen it! ) and the staff have to try to remain civilized with some owners who may or may not sincerely care for their animals. They have a varied supply of dog and cat foods and items, and an in-house groomer. I used the groomer once but prefer grooming myself. She is very busy so she must be pretty good and I found her rates reasonable as we
