I have been taking my dogs to Dr Zucca at All About Pets for over 20 years. I have had animals all of my life (a considerable number of years since I am 82) and I have never encountered any vet who was more caring and genuinely concerned with providing the highest quality of care. Dr Zucca sits on the floor to examine the dogs rather than putting them in a scary position up on a metal table. She plays with them and talks to them lovingly all the while explaining to them and me what she is going to do. She has been with me at least 4 or 5 times when I have had a dog who needed to be put to sleep. She always gives me time to say goodbye.
Three years ago I moved more than 20 miles away from All About Pets. While there is a very prominent vet hospital as well as numerous vets near me, I would never consider leaving Dr Zucca. I have referred numerous people to her who are also very satisfied. I will continue to have Dr Zucca as my vet as well as refer new people to her.

I have been taking both of my cats here for routine checkups and vaccinations for years now. Always received prompt and friendly service. The doctors there (I believe I met with Dr. Bradley last) are knowledgeable and courteous. In the last couple of weeks, I adopted a new kitten from them that they had available and he came with his initial vaccines, neutered and for a low price, included the first year of care. I would recommend anyone to take their pets here. They never try to get me to do unnecessary tests or procedures and their fees are reasonable. I was in there about a year ago and there was a lady there with her dog that was demanding care but apparently didnt have any money. Last time I checked, our healthcare system didnt provide free care for pets (like they do for illegals in thsi country). Some people just dont get it and if they cannot afford to provdide health care for their pets, they shouldnt have pets.

I have had very good experiences with the staff and the care given my cat at this hospital. I always feel confidant that my cat will get the best care and it has a good monetary value.

Gives lots of options to fit every budget. from trying just medicines to specialist referrals. These vets never give up when others do. Always return calls and answer questions. They sit on the floor with my dog ! Highly recommend !

i have been to many vets over the years but All About Pets and Dr. Zucca are far and away the absolute best. She and the other vets are extremely knowledgeable on a wide variety of animals. i have taken my chickens, ducks, turkey, rabbit, and cats there and received excellent, caring treatment. Dr. Zucca has always been very good at providing a number of treatment options, so i can choose what works best for our budget while still providing excellent care for my pets. All the staff, from vets, to techs, to receptionists, to groomers are professional, courteous, kind, and caring. i trust them all completely. i, and many other loyal and caring pet owners, will continue to take our pets there, without hesitation, to receive the best care around.

We've been fans of All About Pets for several years, and it's because of the staff in general and Dr. Zucca in particular. There's no doubt that they're professional, but they also clearly love their patients (and their patient's owners). The way Dr. Z and the staff bent over backwards to diagnose and treat a tricky problem with our beloved Bichon was amazing. (They would call or dash off an email just to check in). All About Pets has been a great blessing to our family and we recommend them without any reservations.

Hardworking and caring staff! Boarding animals are taken on walks instead of being caged in an outside area. The staff participates in yearly spay/neuter clinics to help reduce pet over population and to minimize animal deaths at the shelter. You can tell they TRULY care about pets!!!

All of my animals have been treated by this vet for many many many years. Their prices are amazing. not overpriced. I had called 3 other vets in the area for a surgery my dog had to have and All About Pets was almost $100 cheaper. Everyone is so nice and their groomer is amazinnng! I tell everyone i know about this place!

Will never take pet here again- reviews are true- they overcharge, and try to add expenses that are not neccessary - the bill would have been over $600 if I could have afforded it- was $135 at another vets without the added charges, and was presented at a time I was upset about the care of my dog's emergency- they try to talk you into emergency care so they can charge more. The office workers are rude, and give inaccurate info without consulting the vet, and only one vet assistant cares, and answers questions politely. Should be investigated!

I brought in a stray male cat to be neutered. The staff was rude to me over the phone and in person. I asked if they could give him pain meds because I felt bad for him. By apparently asking this, the staff then concluded that the cat I brought in was not a stray and wanted me to pay a higher price. I finally told them to forget giving him pain meds. I will never ever again take any animal to that hospital even if its a stray. There behavior and conduct at a new client is completely unprofessional.

This place will try to sell you everything they can think of, tests, water for dehydration, charges as much as they can. what you really want is immaterial. avoid!! go anywhere else. Our cat was sick alright, but they could have gone with euthanasia, or just given the cat a last ditch antibiotic. Instead, they HAD to do batteries of tests to our 12 year old cat. We got home only to figure out, simply by feeling around the leg he was favoring, that he had an abscess. The vet didn't do this! Yet they want to charge for tests.

The staff were not friendly. They gave me a very expensive treatment plan and told me my pet would die at home if I did not do everything on the estimate. Luckily before I decided for them to take care of my puppy I asked who would be taking care of him. They said that they did not have anyone overnight. What was I paying so much money for hospitalization then? I luckily decided to take him elsewhere after finding out what they were really going to do for treatent. Please do not take your pet here. Terrible staff and doctors do not have goood bedside manner.

I got my dog his rabies vaccination and months later brought him back for what I thought was sarcoptic mange. They couldn't find any mites but prescribed the medication anyway. The problem got worse. I thought his ears were going to fall off! I brought him to a specialist and was told that he was having a common reaction to the vaccination which could have been reversed if it had been treated right away. I'm never going back there! .

My daughter and I took our dog to their facility and we had a pretty bad experience with their care and williness to help. We had (too late) encounter three more people who had a similar experience as we did. We do not recomend these place - no even for an emergency - Thanks

I don't recommend All About pets. The technicians and receptionists are rude and unprofessional. You can hear them in the back room or up front talking about personal stuff or talkingg smack about clients in front of other clients! Vets seem more concerned about making money then the pet care. Don't answer questions well. It also bothers me that they have a high turnover rate of vets. They are very expensive especially for the area. Facilities could use some updating. They also do boarding but there is no place to walk the dogs. This place was close by my house so I tried them for a while. I was totally unsatisfied with the service so I found a place I really love. I highly recommend San Juan Hospital across the street or Greenback for dogs/cats and Roseville Bird and Pet Clinic for exotics.

Very nice staff. Needed care for my German Shepherd immediately and they made that happen the same day I called. Reasonable prices in my opinion, too! Highly recommend.
