I wish that they had rating higher then 5. This clinic is excellent- Dr. Whalean, Dr Stubbs, are both excellent Vets - compassionate and competent. The entire staff - I board both of my dogs there, they go to day care, are groomed there as well. I started to go to Spencer Creek in 2005 after I loss my basset hound. The old clinic I attended was awful. I moved my great dane there immediately, best move I made. When I had to put my Dane down they were compassionate - they were excellent. I have taken all my pets there since. The doctors have even taken my dogs home when there over night just to keep an eye on them. This clinic's first priority is the animals and their owners, not the payment. I highly recoomend Spencer Creek!!!!

This is not my usual place to go, but when an emergency happened with my dog i rushed her in there and with no hesitation they took her in and told me wheat they need to do to help her. The vet took her time to show me how to help my puppy and was so kind. The receptionist was very sweet as well and i have now made this my regular vet.

Quality vet care with a helpful, caring staff. Hospital is clean and nicely remolded. The vet gives you options depending on your financial situation. I would highly recommend this vet hospital.

I brought a sick kitten I found sitting in the street to the clinic, as I have brought my other pets to this clinic in past (and present). It was how Dr. Whelan (and staff) handled this particular situation that told me I was in the right place. Dr. Whelan was compassionate and honest with me about the kittens condition. When the decision was made to put the kitten down in order to prevent further suffering, Dr. Whelan was gentle not only with the kitten but with me (as I started to cry). It was the compassion she showed in this tough situation that meant the most to me. Not all vets are created equal and I think Dr. Whelan is a cut above the rest. This is the only vet I'll bring my pets to now.

Contrary to what another poster experienced, I have found Dr. Jeffreys to be very conservative in recommended protocols and without peer in her ability to diagnose. My experience has also been that she recommends specialty consultations before recommending expensive surgeries, unless they are an emergency basis. I love this vet!!

I will not return to this vet. We were there half an hour early and waited for a full hour before we were able to see a Dr., then we were rushed out. it felt like we had bothered them.

Dr. Jeffreys is a very good veterinarian. Skilled and practical. It is frustrating to arrive at posted "open" hours to find they have closed early. However, she is more willing than most veterinarians to go the "extra mile" if you phone and she knows you're on your way.

Staff needs more customer service training.
