All emotion aside, I would not recommend this hospital. I took my beloved cat to be examined because she has a growth on her rear end. They 'worked' us in on Saturday and took blood and said they recommended having it surgically removed. I agreed and scheduled the surgery for Wednesday. I asked them to call me with an estimate of the charges before the surgery. They called me Tuesday PM after I had to remind them that I wanted an estimate prior to the surgery. The gal said it would be in the range of $650 since they had to do blood work. I informed her that they had already done the blood work. She said "Oh in that case, we will reduce the amount by $95." I looked at my bill from Saturday and they charged me $149.68 for the blood work. I don't know about you but giving me a credit of $95 for something I paid nearly $150 doesn't work for me. I understand they need to make a profit but I expect a 100% credit for something when I pay for it. Not a 64% credit.
