My 13.5 year old cat came in with a loss of appetite. They performed full bloodwork and gave him fluids (585$). He started to feel better but they told me he has an infection in his throat. The doctor told me I could either get a needle for 95$ or pills for 50$. My cat was hard to pill, so we decided to get the needle. Right after the injection, my cat was noticeably lethargic, i called the vet and they said that it was uncommon and my cat had to come in right away. Already spending almost 700$, i could not afford to bring my cat in anymore, something i explained to them several times. My cats condition worsened as he became more and more lethargic. There were points where he seemed to do a bit better, but around 2 days after the injection he could barely stand anymore. I read a lot online about the injection after and realized that i was never explained any of the side effects. I essentially paid to have my cat euthanized. I am very upset that the vets didn’t take time to explain this

I don't know how there is so many bad reviews. I have been coming here for the past 2 years and the doctor as well as the nurses are nothing but the greatest. So please go check them out for yourselves before judging a book by its cover.

All this clinic cares about is money, I spent $1600 after telling them only to do the needed tests nothing extra. They ignored me, and kept my cat all day. I told them she had retained the placenta after giving birth and needed an emergency spay. they insisted on tests, didn't do the surgery I requested, demanded I come get her because they would not keep her overnight, and demanded an additional $1000 when I came to get her, and they still hadn't fixed her. I took her to another vet the following morning $500 spay no tests vet listened to me and told me the cat would have died if it had waited any longer. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET

Our cat Dante had a huge abscess on his left side which I noticed on Thursday. Called for an appointment and vet saw us on Friday morning. The usual x-ray, blood work, aspirate was offered of which I opted for blood work. Dr. promised to call on Saturday with results; to my pleasant surprise he DID and fully explained the findings. Kitty wasn't getting any better, took him in on Monday and was operated right of way. A good 5" incision later along with 20 days of antibiotics my 10 year old Dante is back to being a happy healthy cat. The staff was very helpful we're retirees so the budget is limited, however Brookfield Vet. Hospital is here to serve the community and they have saved my cat's life doesn't matter where you go must pay for service, if we were able to afford surgery so can you! We also had our puppy neutered here 6 months ago; he's a very well adjusted four legged citizen. Huge thank you to all the staff and veterinary Drs. keep up the great endeavor.

I have gone to this vet with every animal that I have owned and they have always been very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I cant believe that the competition would be writing these kind of reviews. I think that it is very unprofessional.

Wonderful experience, doctor is really knowledgeable and helpful. I went with my blocked cat, doctor did x-ray and help him to make pee, took great care. I definitely would recommend to every one

The new doctors at this facility are absolutely terrible. All there care about it money, they have zero compassion and are not warm with your pets. Both cases I needed to go there they tried to stick me with a 600-800.00 vet bill for unnecessary tests. I Strongly recommend finding another facility. I will no longer be bringing my pets here. Everything they have attempted to do with both of my cats I have ended up having to take to another, more compassionate vet to get fixed.

I visited this vet hospital with my sick dog having some urinary issues. All staff members were very friendly and Dr. Bhatti diagnosed Bladder stones in X-rays. Few days later he removed stones with surgery and gave a big relief to my boy. I love this facility and staff and recommend to all. Thanks guys for saving my baby.

10 months ago my dog became very ill. The new vets suggested very expensive tests ($800 ultrasound, $200 blood work, $350 x-rays) I could only afford the blood work and x-rays after which they said that without the ultrasound they couldn't give me a conclusive answer as to what was wrong, only suggestions. They offered a "payment plan" which consisted of paying $800 in a 10 day period which wasn't helpful at all. They suggested I put my dog down as the only viable solution since i couldn't afford the US as she was in a lot of pain. I was given medication to get her through the weekend comfortably until we put her down. By the time Monday rolled around she was back to her old self. It is now 10 months later and she is still her self, I'm glad I didn't listen to them as I would have made a huge mistake! When I confronted them about this neither one would take responsibility for telling me to put her down. Each blamed the other. I very much miss Dr. Nasim as she was always honest with me.

I have really good experience with this clinic,My baby Snowy(8 year old Yorkie) going there from last 5 years, she feels very comfortable there.The doctors and the staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate.I have moved to Milton but still going to this clinic because of the great staff and caring doctors.I know that my baby is in good hands.They did her teeth cleaning and lump removel in very reasonable price.I highly recommend this clinic will continue with the new administration.

This hospital is horrible! I would highly recommend NOT going! When my dog had an on going cough for a year plus, she gave him a quick fix medication (prednisone) and put him on it for a year. At the time we didn't know better and trusted her judgement. However, she had told us to decrease the dosage every so often which caused him to be very sick and his system to ultimately crash and he passed away. She was too lazy to do further treatment, or in my opinion she didn't know the cause or cure.

This used to be a good vet but Dr. Nasim decided to retire without any notice to her huge client base. I went in for something assuming she would be there and I get there and then they decide to tell me. What a waste of time and also deceitful in my opinion. Also the new vet, he didn't give a crap about my boy, or he would have read some of the history.

Dr. Nasim is an extremely knowledgeable vet specifically in heartworm treatment. We rescued a dog from the states that was heartworm positive and Dr. Nasim did an amazing job treating her. We recently had that same dog spayed at her facility and once again I was thoroughly impressed. Her facility is nothing fancy but its her knowledge and experience that really matters to me. I appreciate her no pressure approach and I don't feel like I've been bullied by the time I get home. Her prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend her.

I took my dog here to have her teeth cleaned, I was not impressed when they gave me back my poor little dog saturated in urine. This clinic lacks the equipment needed in a vet clinic. My expectations are high and no one at this clinic came even close to meeting them.

Dr. Nasim is great. She doesn't do anything unnecessary like some vets do to get more $. She is very knowledgeable, practical and honest, and won't gouge your wallet. She might not pamper people or pets but if you just want a good straight-forward vet, she's it. She's the "No Frills" vet of Brampton :) I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Nasim is the best! I went to her when my own vet, Park Animal Hospital in Mississauga, turned me away when I had an emergency and told me to go to the emergency hospital on a Sat afternoon because they were too busy. I called Dr. Nasim, who was about to close, and she waited for 30 minutes for me to get to her. I think her rates are quite reasonable and she really cares about the animals.
