They seem to try anything to upcharge you like nail clipping the price always changes and they have missed nails more than once,making you have exams before shots other places don't do and staff seems to turn over so mostly you are not known - they have mixed up my animals when I take more than one in at a time and even tested one wrong because they confused them

They were negligent with my dog that needed emergency surgery. She ended up going to another hospital that had an emergency room and that cost me $2500
