It took them three weeks to fill a heartworm prescription. Dr. Scappino tried to blame everyone for the delay including Dr. Dudley who runs the clinic. Then she told me she would match the price i already paid by mail. When i came to pick up the pills, she charged me $11 more. She said they don't fill mail order prescriptions, but did not tell me that when i brought my dog in. The office workers seem to think that they can fax out prescriptions, but the calls from me and the pharmacy were ignored for 3 weeks.

I took my 7 yr old Chihuahua to see Dr. Dudley 2 weeks ago for panting and coughing. She looked at him for only a couple of minutes after she complained about being bitten by too many chihuahuas. (My dog does not even have that temperament). She quickly diagnosed him with allergies w/o running any other tests. She also said he needed his teeth cleaned and then left. (His teeth had no tartar build up, but is a service I'm sure she makes the most money on). My dog died of heart failure yesterday. After doing some research, I learned that the symptoms he had were an exact match for the symptoms of heart failure. I spoke to her and she then lied about recommending to my family addl tests and scheduling a recheck. We would have opted for the additional tests & brought him a week later if she had recommended it. She does not care and was not sympathetic. MY DOG IS GONE and I blame her for not being a caring doctor, but instead, a crooked doctor after your money and NOT your dogs well being.
