This review does not concern staff, punctuality, or monetary value. It DOES deal with facilities, but only from the point of view that I was not allowed to view them before boarding my dogs. The manager cited “safety and privacy” concerns and would not let me see the kennels. She told me I was free to check out pictures on the website. There is only one picture of the kennel on the website taken at such an angle that getting an accurate idea about the kennels was not possible. I would certainly need more than a picture to make a decision.
When I told the manager I would not board my dog in any kennel sight unseen, she said ok. What sort of a person drops off a beloved pet with a group of people he has never met, in a facility he has never seen? Moreover, what sort of business would insist on that? As a matter of policy? Please do not mistake my tone. I am absolutely livid. Because of a lack of transparency,I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I HAVE BEEN USING PEGGY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WOULD NOT EVEN THINK OF TRANSFERING TO ANOTHER VETERINARY CLINIC.

Keep your pet away from this one. PAWS took My female to get a c section here paws lady she said the 10 puppys were born alive. The Vets office said they were placed in the frezzer. If that is so then they were frozen alive. Myself I suspect they were tube fead and sold for money as a late night phone call told me such, but hung up with out giving a name. I can't get the truth from either one about it. There storys don't match up at all. Best you asked about it maybe they might tell you what the truth is.. I got my female back the mother to the missing or killed puppies. She alive that's something. But I have no trust for them and hope they lock their selfs in the same frezzer. Truth !
