Rude staff particularly woman (Lucy?) with British accent. She should be fired.
Vet is very competent but certain staff members act as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you and answering simple questions. There are plenty of vets with professional assistants in Fayetteville. I will no longer take my pets to this vet.
