HORRENDOUS excuse for an animal care facility!! Took my cat in because she seemed to have difficulty eating-because she is a cat of small size, the doctor told me my cat likely had cancer, Felline Leukemia, and diabetes and would never make it thru the weekend-all of this was said before a SINGLE test had been done. I was devastated and the doctor took complete advantage of my love for my animal. The vet convinced me she needed over $500 worth of blood tests. $500 later, my cat was completely healthy and just needed a teeth cleaning! I paid all of the HIGH balance except for $50. I was one month late paying the last $50 so the staff called me daily and left threatening messages regarding the balance. I would NEVER take my pet to this clinic! They rip you off and could care less about your beloved pet.

I took my two cats there to have them declawed and they killed one of them. I picked them up less than 4 hours after they had their surgery when they should have been kept over night. When I got them home and opened the carrier, it was like a slaughter house in there. It was too late to call them by then so I put them in the spare bathroom for the night. The next morning, I called them and told them what had happened. The dr told me to come by and pick up an anti-biotic RX without seeing my cat. Which is in violation of NCDVM guidelines. One of my cats suffered congestive heart failure. I filed a complaint to the NCDVM and they found them for negligence by prescribing an Rx without seeing my cat. I wouldn't dare take my cat to CCC. ForestBrook/Totalbond is by far much better. They actually diagnosed my latest cat with a very rare ailment and connected me with a fabulous surgeon to do the operation. Dr. Epstein is a very real person and treats his patients with real compassion.
