Absolutely awful vet. They will cancel emergency appointments and not tell you, they’ll charge prescription prices five times more than chewy, they’ll yell at disabled customers with service animals and demand money not owed. Do not subject you and your animal to these awful people!

I have been taking my dog here for a while. I love the veterinarians! However, there is one receptionist that has always been extremely rude to me. I just picked up my dog from boarding.I was told that I had to pay $20 a night and that they would bathe her.When I picked her up there was a twenty dollar charge for bathing her.No one had mentioned I had to pay for it. I didn't mind,but I felt blind sided. When I asked the receptionist she said "It's not free!" and "We don't tell people unless they ask".So I asked to talk to Betsy, the manager.I don't know what the receptionist told her but she was defensive as soon as she picked up the phone. I told her the situation and she told me "too bad, you already paid for it" and "Someone has to pay for all the work we do" she did not even try to understand where I was coming from. If this is the way that the office MANAGER treats people, she needs to find a new job! Also, they never returned the new toy I bought my dog to have while I was gone.

I have been using Dr. Hall for over 15 years and he is very caring and knowledgeable. The staff and other doctors are also great. With the many emergencies my dogs have had over the years, they always have been able to work me in. The pricing for services is less expensive than other vets. The only downside is that if you have a more complex case they may not have the latest equipment to diagnose or treat. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet in Tallahassee.

This is by far the best place to care for your pets. We used them for 15 years before we moved 3yrs ago and we have yet to find ANYONE that even comes close to their staff and prices. Dr. Hall was our main vet but, they are all wonderful and caring. To this day we still pick up the phone and call Dr. Hall (and actually talk to him) about things we are dealing with as it relates to our pets. He is GREAT! If you couldn't tell we absolutely LOVE and miss this place!!

I love this place. The staff is always very polite and helpful, and it's always been the same people as long as we've been taking our pets there, so it's nice that they remember the names of us and our pets. There are either 3 or 4 practicing vets there. We normally see Dr. Pridgeon, and we like him a lot. He's very good with our cats and dogs, and very open to trying new things if something we previously tried isn't working as well. We've never had to wait more than a few days to get an appointment, though usually we can get in the next day. We've been to a few different vets in Tallahassee, and they definitely have the cheapest prices, nicest staff, and caring vets (in my opinion). I highly recommend them!
