to expensive and i get the feeling their more about the money than anything else... on many occasions the staff was suppose to call me back yet never have they.. i'm gonna find me a new vet soon as i can no longer afford NAH !!

Some of the staff tend to be cranky or rude. Also, the prices are outrageously high. I have 2 dogs and a cat, so I've been paying way too much, but I've stopped going there after finding somewhere much more reasonably priced.

I actually go to a different vet for our dogs and cats because of the price. But NAH is great for "exotic" pets. There is a very knowledgeable doctor there for reptiles (we had him see our snake specifically). I also took my rat in when she had a skin condition, and it was very reasonably priced. All the staff I've encountered have been very polite and helpful. They are also a 24 hour emergency clinic, which is great to know in case something happens after hours that can't wait until the next day. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who has an "exotic". You can get your cat/dog treated just as well somewhere else for a little cheaper, but if you don't mind spending a bit more at NAH, they're great too.
