This was the worst experience I have ever had in a veterinary clinic! The office itself was dirty, dingy, and outdated. The exam room that I was taken to was so small,it barely fit my husband, myself and my puppy. It had only one chair and no place to really put the kennel once we took the puppy out. Secondly, when the doctor came in, she didn't introduced herself to us. We had a lot of questions concerning our puppy but was interrupted by the doctor because she wanted to go check on the result of the test that was done on our puppy. Well, we wait and wait, then the tech came to tell us the result and she indicted that the appointment was over. We were shocked! We still had more questions so we told that tech that we still needed to speak with the vet. The doctor came back in but we felt like we were taken too much of her time. We will not go back. We felt like we were being rush through. We wanted a vet that we could have a long relationship with,this is not the clinic for us.
