They don't open on time, the veterinarian doesn't introduce themselves or acknowledge your pet, and their advertised fees are absolutely false. Don't take your pet here if you want good service and care!

not consistent, wrong info given depending on which person you talk to. LONG wait time and no one there seemed to really care. Took 3 days and 8 phone messages to ask a vet about my animal and even he didn't know what he was talking about, will NEVER go back.....

After having surgery on my pet, my first impression was that they may be having Summer Students/Interns doing the operations. They did not do all they were supposed to do, and really did not have a decent answer as to why. They did not respect their own written quote. They called me when I was leaving to retrieve my pet and told me to come later in the evening because they had some kind of trouble, but would not say what. And, Best of all, I never got the chance to talk to a veterinarian.

Dr. Mike Hatcher is the best vet. I have 7 dogs and a cat and he has been wonderful through any and all experiences we have had. He takes great pride in his work and also works along side with his wife & other staff. He is very informative, takes the time to explain things and is just an all around AWESOME vet. I would give him ***** stars!!
