Twice I have used them. Once she catherterized my cat unnecessarily as he was peeing but diminished only. On the last, my dog had a bad cut she did herself in the yard when let out. Vet did not clean edges of cut but rather sutured the ends together. It tore open due to poor skin preparation by vet as told me by another vet I took her to who gave me a glue-like substance that sealed her cut aseptically within 24 hrs. Fees too high and knowledge and technique poor. Will never ever go there again. Vet is not onsite, has to be called in.
