You must watch you language. I said a cuss word on the phone, the vet heard it, and my husband was asked to leave with my pet sick on the exam table. It was not appropriate on my part or directed towards anyone. The vets response to it was terrible. We were told to leave and never return with any of our pets. I have spent thousands with them over the years. It was sad that she allowed my sick pet to leave because of a word. But it wound up being a good thing because she misdiagnosed my pet. We took her to another vet and she is getting cared for and this vet was around 30% cheaper in price.
