Customer service was horrible. I saw them treat customers who had been coming for years awful. The add fees on top of fees and then charge you extra because they had to add an extra fee. When I asked why a lady who was sitting at the desk became very rude, as if I was being unreasonable for asking the question about all the added fees. They charge an extra fee to walk your dog outside to use the bathroom if you are using their boarding services. I was in line when a customer came in who had an appt asked the vet to look at a spot on her dog and they told her it would be an extra 30 minute wait to see the vet and an added exam fee. When I asked about all the extra fees they told me they would not be able to board my pet and refused my business! Save your money and go somewhere with better customer service and more compassion for the animals! This is not the first time I had this type of experience here and I was sorry I ever walked back in the door to try a second time!
