Very rude. Unsure why this is considered an "emergency" clinic. Anytime you call or walk in as what a hospital is for they treat you as if you are the inconvenience. The staff never put their cell phones down. I understand we are in a pandemic and they are doing curbside but this is no excuse to lack compassion. Called today for a quick vaccine and they said no openings for walk in or schedule until the 22 which is almost two weeks away. ?? and this is a walk in clinic? Called another busy well recommended vet and had an appointment in an hour. Staff will say their customers are rude when they stand up for themselves and ask for the care they are paying for. This vet and staff has to change. They also will push diets and medicines that are not needed to make a quick buck. Very unprofessional..

I just went here today for the first time. The staff is friendly and the facilities are good. Their fees are reasonable, but unfortunately their prescription drug prices are way overpriced. I didn't realize until after I left that they charged me $2.21/pill for a cough suppresent that cost about $0.70/pill at previous vet and can be found online for about $0.80/pill. Since I had already left they would not let me return the meds.

The doctors are very caring and very capable of performing routine care and most minor issues. I have taken 3 of my dogs there and the staff has been very willing to work with me when one of my dogs was sick. I did end up having to be referred to specialist in Wilmington for one issue, but the doctors knew their limits. If you need a reasonable vet, this would be my first choice!
