It was a great experience. Only wish i could be with my baby during appointments but understand its a covid precaution. Very understanding and had great patience with my questions and concerns. Quick response to emails and calls. Reasonably priced. Very honest and upfront no beating around the bush to tell me i was slightly over feeding my pig, which as a new pig mom i really appreciated

At first I thought they were just what I was looking for but after using them for about 3 months. I was very disappointed. We were doing an elimantion diet with my boy and when he had trouble with the first two foods we tried, that was it! After that Dr. Puckett wouldn't return my calls or emails. Even when I tried to make an appointment. I was left with out a vet at a time when I needed it most.
