When my cat had ear infection, I brought her there. Dr gave me a oral & topical liquid anti-biotic meds to get rid of the infection, but it only got better a bit after 1wk of meds therapy. We re-visited for the follow up, but the Dr told me there is no more option for another meds, so she wanted to try one more week of the same topical meds. At that point, I thought this medication is not working, so I visited another vet, explained what treatment was done so far. This 2nd vet gave me a different kind of topical ear paste that worked almost immediately after the first application. I haven't been to Animal General since then. Their office visit of $65 is also a bit higher than our current vet charges.

Kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable people. They offer excellent care. They know what they're doing and will take the time to explain everything. I wish I met them years ago.

The vets here are wonderful. They take lots of time with each animal. The office has 2 cats who sit purring on the counter - makes for a friendly atmosphere. The support staff all love animals and show it.
