I felt the staff did not really care. My 2yr old cat was put to sleep. I didn't want her to suffer and they could provide no reason as to why my cat was sick. They told me there was a strong possibility she had rabbies. I trusted their judgement and wish I had not as she was an indoor cat asside from being allowed to play on my balcony assisted. The staff just did not seem caring. I was under a lot of stress and I should not have given up on my cat!

Dr Zeisloft was very rude when I brought my dog in for a regular checkup. When I told her I wasn't able to afford ear cleaner for my dog she rolled her eyes at me. I will not take my animals back there, no one deserves to be treated like that when you are already walking out with a bill for 300$ for vaccines.

This team of doctors and their staff went over and beyond for our greyhound Gabe after he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. I can't say enough about their knowledge and compassion in the face of this dreaded disease.
