Called and was given a later time in morning. Clients came in after me were called in first. Money seemed to be the most important factor to be able to work on dog. I was not was not impressed at all with the care or lack of care received. Would not recommend this animal hospital.

Called at 7:30 a.m. to make a same day appointment on 8/11/14. Was told no appointments available, but I could come in as a walk-in at 3:00 for a fee of $59.00 which would be in addition to the $49.00 visit. Doesn't make sense to not have some non routine appointment space available on a Monday or any day for that matter to accommodate your customers. As this wasn't the first time this has happened with Roxboro Animal Hospital, and because of it, we are now clients with the Bahama Animal Hospital.
