Click to report rating    6/6/20   1     4     1     1   This place is a money pit, every time I leave I feel that I have been overcharged. In two cases, I was charged for products that I did not buy. The staff is rude and arrogant, so much so that the technicians think they are vets! Not to speak of the waiting time! Appointments are never respected and the wait is sometimes half an hour to an hour long. Definitely will not go back! RID: 69295
Click to report rating    8/27/19   1     1     1     1   this place gives you the wrong information and then expects you to pay for it. I got screwed by this place. they look at you crooked - they are really arrogant people.would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RID: 68497
Click to report rating    11/21/18   5     5     5     5   Love Love Love this hospital. The Doctors are knowledgble and they always take good care of my pets. The reception is welcoming and make you feel like a million bucks. They are attentive to our needs and make sure we are satisfied with our services. Way to go RID: 67031
Click to report rating    8/8/18   1     1     1     1   Très mauvais service! On nous a donné de mauvaises informations par téléphone et aussi on nous a fait attendre plus de 30 minutes alors que nous avions rendez-vous. Je ne recommande pas. RID: 66618
Click to report rating    4/29/17   1     3     4     3   I took my dog to this facility with a kennel cough,he was given the Bortadello vaccine through the nostril,my poor dog started vomiting the next day and diarhea,we rushed him to the Animal hospital only to be told he was in a very bad condition and that it would be impossible to make him well.we had to euthanise him. Vets are not always right and always ask questions. RID: 63489
Click to report rating    8/27/15   4     4     5     4   I brought in my dog 1st thing the doctor did was shove his fingers down my dogs throat, said there was blood, Dr. Woodlock was pronouncing my dog dead. He then said he probably has cancer, then it was his heart is too big, its too high up, he had air in his lungs etc..Every time he came back into the room his diagnosis on my dog, was worse and worse. He then said he couldn't do anything for him since they didn't have certain machines and sent us to another Hospital, and said good luck I hope they can save him???? The other vet hospital did not see what he saw. They re-did his x-rays and were with my dog a good 45 mins before they came in to tell us what could be the problem. In the end he seems to be fine, we are keeping an eye out to make sure. All in all it is a good hospital, times I dealt with Dr. Chapman who is excellent!! RID: 58188

8/4/15   3     4     5     5   I brought my bird here a few times. I wasn't too keen on the staff. They aren't well staffed for the exotics. At one point it was only Dr. Woodlock and he was often booked up or away. Not easily accessible for emergency cases and took forever to get back to us. They are not very expensive however, because they have income coming in from cats/dogs. Overall, it's not known for it's quality in exotic care and he also does cats and dogs. The focus really isn't present for birds and exotics like it is for cats and dogs. RID: 57927
Click to report rating    10/10/14   1     3     3     1   My dog had her back leg broken. THEY SAID IT WAS JUST A SPRAIN ! RID: 53989
RID: 26632
Click to report rating    12/4/08   4     5     5     5   Used Dr. Woodlock for my rat with mammary tumors, price was under 1/2 of what vets in Montreal charged. Dr. Woodlock is certified for small animals and birds as well as cats/ dogs. Dr. Woodlock cared about my pets well being, even though she had 2-3 lumps he explained only the first largest one should be removed so she would not be covered in stitches and be in more pain causing more stress. I returned when her second lump was to be removed and received same high level treatment, when post op did not go smoothly he did a touch up surgery for no cost and I was allowed to go home a few hours after. Staff was pleasant but spoke little English, and I speak little french, so there was some charades involved. Wish the clinic was closer to town so it would be easier to access! Then I suppose it would cost more... If you have the means to travel off Montreal to Laval to get to this clinic I definitely say do it! Very modern facilities, great service, knowledgeable vets, awesome prices! RID: 10783
