Sorry, too small the amount of characters I'm allowed. When they treated my dog, they were all about the money. My Lab Onyx was in pain and didn't have control of his left limbs, so he couldn't stand up. Touching him in the bosy would trigger a biting response uncharacteristic in such good dog; everything had been super fast hence the emergency hospital. They took X-rays, and lab work, but my dog was renedered "undiagnosed" yet I paid them more than $1,000 for their services. They ordered an antibiotic, another med for ticks and another for the pancreas, those last too I rejected. I asked something for pain, another $100. They sent the labs to my vet, I had to return to request they send the X-rays too. My vet was able to diagnose cancer in the bones and a tumor in the spine with those labs. They were always very adamant for the money, none of the meds were needed by Onyx that had to be put to sleep, they were inept and dishonest, and I'm sorry I have a small space to say they were BAD
