We have been going to Belkin for 15 years or better. We feel that our dogs are in good hands by a wonderful caring staff and vet.

Being new we tried Bentley. The receptionist and techs were great. The vetrinarian is rude and condescending and treats his staff horribly. They have to upsell everything and you can see they hate doing it. The vet kept trying to get us to cange flea and heartworm meds and his receptionist apologized for his pushiness. He made the tech lift a 90 pound dog up on to the table. Very dangerous for the dog and tech. The clinic and its equipment are outdated. I would not take my dog or cats here for routine or surgical treatment.

It's impossible to get in and out of this office without being barraged with upsells for blood tests, dental treatments, special foods, etc. We actually dreaded taking out pets there because of the used car sales type atmosphere.
Their latest is calling you at home and telling you that it is a big mistake to buy your meds from 1-800-PetMeds because they don't store their stock properly.
The staff is very nice and friendly, but they SHAMELESS in their attempts to upsell you.
Avoid unless it's an emergency.
