Staff: Techs, assts, etc could, without effort, be heard yapping about their hair, nails, and other personal drama... making our repeated presences feel very uncomfortable. EVERY promise of follow-up correspondence never happened. Vets are expensive! We don't feel WE should have to stay on top of THEM. Facilities: immaculate! But so are the other 30 clinics in Sb. Monetary value? Very overpriced for product quality half as acceptable as at Petco. Not to mention, important discharge instructions were never mentioned which ended up costing us an add'l $200 at another clinic (2x/day paw soak after the lancing of an abscess at the site of our kitty's nail bed).

Dr. Ann Welton OBrian is the only one I tried here. She was almost 30 minutes late, rude, disrespectful, insulting and lied to me about which medication she was giving me (I requested one kind and she gave me another without telling me). If I had followed her advice, my pet would've died. I would not wish this vet on my worst enemy. Staff was unprofessional and useless.

Best Vet in town!!! The staff are so friendly and helpful:) My dogs actually love the place! The prices are super reasonable ( I paid twice the amount for the same service at Whites and ABC Vet). I thought it would be more expensive because of the location, but that is not the case. They care for my animals as if they were their own, and their love for animals truly shows.
