We took our dog in to get groomed and they shaved him on March 4th 2013 while it was still cold out and any groomer should have known it was to early to shave a dog. He should have gotten a cocker type haircut. I tried to talk to the staff about all this and all I got was we'll call you back after I talk to the groomer and to the vet and I am still waiting. Next step is BBB. Oh the dogs appointment was @ 10am and was only to take 2 -2 1/2 hours and they would call when ready to pick up. We didn't get a call from them and I picked the dog up at 4:15. He was stuck in a cage all day.

This rating is not for the actual vet but for the grooming service. My gf talked to the staff on Thursday about bringing her dog in to be groomed and what she wanted done (cocker type cut). I was to drop the dog off Monday at 10. I was told he should be ready to p/u about 1 or so and that they would call me. At 2:30 I called them since I hadn't heard anything. Was told they were just starting on him. My gf ended up having to pick him up after work. She didn't even recognize her dog as they had SHAVED him! The temp is in the 20's to 30's here. We can't hardly get him to go outside now. She called the office and they offered to give a her a free grooming. Why would she take him back?? Also told her we could buy him a sweater. She said she wanted her money back. The woman at the office said she couldn't make that decision which is understandable. They were supposed to call her back the next day. It's been close to a week now and we still haven't heard a word! What a way to do business!!
