The Vet tried to do a common proceedure under local. It failed, then without my consent gave my dog some gas. Did not speak to me first. I heard my fog howling , then went into the room and found her doing this. My previous vets always used local. Broken nail removal. Didn't go back

Dr. Beth and the staff at Mission Village has been extremely helpful, and informative. They clearly state that their office is open on Wednesdays for pet & supply pick ups until 5PM, and if I have an emergency on Wednesday afternoon they will refer me to another local Vet Office which I prefer vs Animal Emergency Clinic due to AEC's high prices.

I thought at first Dr. Beth was dedicated but then realized she was out for the money. She closes her facility on Wed afternoon and the emergency clinic does not open til 6pm so hope there is no emergency from noon til 6pm on Wed, (at least when I was there) and when I left no one even bothered to call to see why, guess they didn't care. I would not recommend this vet's office.

I will never again go back to Mission Village Animal Clinic. The overcharge for everything and have this vet tech, Shannon, that is incredibly rude and un-personable. We will never take our dog back here.
