We took our 11 year old dog in because she wasn't eating. The decided to take her in the back and do a bunch of tests without telling us the cost. They did X-rays and a blood test and found that our dog has kidney failure and will eventually need to be put down. We go to the counter and the bill was 400$. These people are robbers and they take advantage of your emotions. Who wouldn't pay that if you knew your dog was about to die?! This place has always been greedy. Don't go here unless you plan on taking out a second mortgage on your home.

Money, that's all they are interested in. Girls working the counter sit on facebook all day. drop off a stool sample and they just set it aside with a bunch of other samples...makes you wonder how they tell them apart or...better yet...if they are even testing them. One vet says our dog needs surgery the other says she does not. (leg surgery, buy one leg for $1800 get the second leg half off...yes I am serious.)Let's be honest, it would be very easy to BS people coming into a vet clinic in order to make extra cash. That's why finding a good vet is hard. Patterson is a crock. expensive and useless.

I've been with Bill Patterson and staff since 1990. They are kindhearted, compassionate experts. They work closely with their clients to resolve the health issues of their patients, utilizing both holistic and allopathic methods. It's very touching to see the vets in action with the pets, because you can see that they love animals.

I dont agree with anything you people have wrote! All i know is i called several times concerning my poor sick pet and was told he was busy and he would return my call later(DRPatterson That Is!) Well later never came,I"am very disapointed with he service,All i wanted was just a few minites of his time!THANKS FOR NOTHING DR PATTERSON!TONYA

I volunteer with a rescue and take my foster animals to this office. Dr. Patterson is very "rescue friendly" and gives us a break on the cost of getting the rescued animals fully vetted. My own personal pets go there also. I completely trust Dr. Patterson and his staff to care for my babies! They are kind hearted, understanding, and honest. The only thing that I am not 100% happy with is the small size of the waiting room.
