I called to make a first appointment as we have just moved back in the area and the receptionist could/would not answer several questions I had asked, when I told her this, I was told to call other vets in the area. She acted as a tech when convenient and as a receptionist when convenient. I have never been treated so rudely by a vet receptionist in my life. I needed medication for my 18 year old cat who is on five pills a day and fluids and wanted to know several things. I finally called my old vet from where we had moved and they are sending me the medication I need until I find a vet. If a vet hires staff like this, I don't want to bother with them. So, Pine Ridge Pet Hospital, I have eight animals and my food (two have special diets) and care runs me about $200 a month at least. You lose just because your staff member couldn't be bothered.

Pretty pricey for services, but staff and the two vets, Dr. Stevenson and Dr. Wigelsworth, are very friendly and professional. Followup calls are appreciated. Grooming and boarding available, but I've never used them.
