Dr. K and his staff have cared for our many furbabies over the years. This office has provided us with kind and compassionate care. Dr. K will always work with the pet parents at a very reasonable and affordable price. They love our furry family as if they are their own. We recommend Ardda to all of our family and friends.

Dr.K is great with my dog MoMo. He is always compassionate and caring towards her because when we got her she was chained up and abused by her previous owner. Sometimes she can be ski-dish of people and other places, but can't thank his staff for being so great with her. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Actually my daughter who is 12 is the one that found out about Dr. K and his compassion for animals. My daughter loves her dog and he needed his shots updated and with bring our little dog there Dr. K was great with Max. She was him the whole time Dr. K looked Max over and we love taking Max here for everything. I would highly recommend Dr. K to everyone.

Although the office is somewhat spartan my experiences at Dr K's office have always been positive. I am never waiting long to see the doctor and my dogs have always been well looked after. I would echo other reviewers' statements that my pets are not subjected to every test under the sun every time they're sick. The best endorsement I can give of Dr K and his staff is that my dogs have always been delighted to visit ARDDA and have never been apprehensive.

It may seem like a good place at first...but the Dr. doesn't do necessary testing and treatments. The horrible reputation that this place has is confirmed. Dr should lose his license.

I don't know what universe this place is operating under, but they are NOT cat/kitty compassionate AT ALL!!! I just hung up the phone with the receptionist, deciding to make an appointment some place else. Reason being- they accept a free examination voucher from the shelter I adopted my cat LOKI from- BUT- I will be charged for the visit if my animal is sick! And I believe my pet has an upper resp. infection. So, even if (as this sweet woman explained- as sweet as an abscessed tooth) I had just made the appointment without expressing my concerns, and THEY discovered he was ill...I would be charged! Completely asinine! I even pleaded that I was low on funds at the moment and knew I would have to pay for medications, and that my kitty couldn't wait until Friday (my payday). Didn't matter. SHE DIDN'T CARE! It's all about the money with this place- not the animal.

The worst animal hospital in the Rochester area. The staff are very rude. No one acts like they like working there. The Dr. has a huge attitude problem and doesn't do necessary treatment for animals and even abuses them. You have been warned. I tell everyone I know to stay clear of this dump. The facilities are completely outdated and not very clean. Talk to any other animal hospital in the rochester area- they all know how bad this place is. Hope they close.

I have been taking my pets to ARDDA for 15 years. Dr. K. is understanding and gentle with my dog and cat. He explains things thoroughly. He does not push unnecessary treatment.

Doctor K was so very rude with me and my family. I believe he does not like people from Europe with no perfect English language. Over phone he told us we are the worst customers and today in front of my wife he called me and my father "SH*T HEADS" and he said to my wife "I told them they should do x-ray for this dog". I don't say he is ****, but ALL OF YOU AS HIS CUSTOMERS MUST BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DANGEROUS DOCTOR". I believe I will see him in front of a judge - very soon.

Very caring and supportive. They don't try to get you to spend money on treatment that isn't necessary. They have cared for our guinea pigs, snake, rabbits, cat and dogs for over 25 years. Wouldn't go any place else!

I really like going to Ardda- the staff are wonderful with the animals and Dr. K is great with the animals as well. He is very knowledgable, answers all questions, and appointment availablity is outstanding. I have one cat that I have been taking there since 2005 and I just got another one that I will be taking there and feel very comfortable with the care that they receive.

Very knowlegable, and goes into great detail about the diagnosis process with you, and all your options. Not pushy, allows you to make your own decisions most of the time. Anti raw diet.

i used this vet as a college student and they are terriffic. i have since relocated and in the schenectady new york area cant find a vet as good as they were. not just the cost effeciency but the care and staff knowledge went above and beyond. thier vets are the best in the biz!

ARDDA is the most cost effective veterinary practice in Rochester. The vaccinations are the cheapest in town, no question. The hospital is not in the greatest shape and much of the equipment (such as the xray machine) is pretty old, but the vet is kind to animals and owners, he truly cares and will help in any way he can. He accepts Care Credit, a great option for people who need veterinary care for their animals immediately but do not have the cash on hand. The office manager/tech Deb is wonderful as well. I recommend it highly.

Dr K. is a wonderful vet. He goes above and beyond to ensure he explains in depth every option your pet has.If you pet is sick the diagnosis will be explained to you in depth.Very knowlegable!!
