I highly do not recommend this clinic. We were new to Buffalo and brought our puppy here and he was vaccinated entirely too early. He then got sick from the vacination. After speaking to 3 other vets, I was told he should have never been vaccinated at his age. I will never return to this clinic and I strongly urge you to seek another option. This clinic is a drug pushing money hungry clinic and could care less about your animal!!

After spending $500 & 6 days waiting for our cats test results they said that we'll have to put our cat down. The problem that I have with this is that they said that our cat has either cancer or a heart condition, I would like to think that the $500 we spent on the numerous test would have gave us the correct answer & not some fly by the pants answer after all they are suppose to be the experts. I would not recommend these money hungry vets to anyone.

our experience with chktg vet hospital was very bad it was all about money;tests and meds,and then the x-ray. sorry, but we can keep your pet alive a little longer for 1890.00 more.we took our pet to S.P.C.A where we had to put our pet down. at least they treated us with more respect!

Yesterday I had the WORST experience I have ever had with a vet at this hospital. After spending approximately 2 hours there, it became quite clear to us that they did not care about our dog, they only cared about money. If we did not have over a thousand dollars to START with, they had no interest in our very ill dog who was dehydrated, and needed IV treatment, anti-nausea, and antibiotic treatment. They became extremely rude when we said we could not afford $1000 for testing (with much more to come after testing), and reluctantly and rudely gave the basic treatment we requested. My dog DID get IV treatment, an antibiotic and an anti-nausea medication (a sample, which we had to pay for), but only after we asked specifically for each one. The vet never came back after we said we couldn't immediately come up with that amount of money, and the staff became extremely rude. Do not go if you are not wealthy.
