Staff: vet's aide "limited", slovenly; Phone attendant unreaonably snippy, unprofessional; Facilities: exam room/table full of cat hair, had to demand they clean up prior to my taking my pet out of carrier; Punctuality: Quiet day, kept waiting over 45 minutes for pet exam; front desk attendant pleasant but disorganized and glacially slow; Vet, noncommunicative, appeared uncomfortable with calm, well-behaved pet, did not take time to "greet" pet; did not do thorough exam, would not answer questions; Monitary value: I'll pay just about anything for good veterinary care, but my pet got the least thorough exam we ever experienced, vet simply coulld not be bothered, vet's phone report inconsistent with known facts- cannnot help but wonder if vet was talking about my pet. Have had like pets over 45 years - know a a good exam. A substandard practice, will not return, found another that lives up to its "billing".
