One of the 24 hour locations in the valley, which makes it a necessity at times. They are not very knowledgable, and could use some training. Appears newer grads get hired here. Maybe before they become proficient??? Anyway, something is better than nothing sometimes. Wouldn't recommend as an everyday vet.

Took our dog in due to decreased appetite and inability to use her hind legs. Doctor took 9 hrs to administer the proper iv to correct her extremely high K+ level, (which was never corrected), diagnosed her with cancer without performing any test (i.e. biopsy, refused to allow us to take her home, and continued to euthanize her, all in a matter of 13 hours. Facility manager never called us back to explain why the doctor refused to allow us to take our dog home. Staff not knowledgable, doctor "googles" to find medical information, leaves the dogs to incompetent techs, and does not document treatment. We are more than sorry to have taken our dog to this facility.

Good vets there. Staff is sometimes not that knowledgable. Dr Edessa is wonderful! Kind of pricey. Plus is that you can get help in the middle of the night.

Good hours especially for emergency, Very pricey and might request more tests than needed. Vets are very knowledgeable and the Staff is average to good depending on whom you deal with.

These people are UNBELIEVEABLE!! Last night my neighbor took her cat in. They actually keep the customers LOCKED IN until they pay their bill! This poor woman had to pay $1000 before they would let her out! They have ridiculously high prices, and TERRIBLE attitudes! I would NEVER take an animal there! I'm getting in touch with PETA over this~VERY SAD!!!

Although they are a bit on the pricier side, they are available in the mid of night, holidays, weekends....I have my regular vet, but in an emergency these folks are right there and eager to help. I have a little 2lb chi with liver disease and they've saved him more than once. Several vets, all compassionate, all warm and helpful.
