This vet has NO integrity in his work.I went to him after specifically asking his staff if he could so an AKC show crop on an American Staffordshire Terrier.My 2 puppies were cropped on the same day.The male's came out fine.The female's ears were totally butchered.Less then 1/2" of ear was actually left.When my puppies were evaluated by several breeder's they all said that the vet had ruined my dog's chances for the show ring.I e-mailed the vet to tell him that I was unhappy and requested a refund for her ear crop, I was not contacted by the vet's office. Instead a week later I was contacted by an insurance company.After supplying the insurance company with ALL the supportive documentation, I receive NO reply.FINALLY weeks later I get an e-mail saying that there is not enough proof.I e-mailed the vet AGAIN only to get a reply with the vet saying that he is "sorry that I am disappointed with the out come but it could not be guaranteed".So HIS JOB could not be guaranteed?
