I had a horrible experience with this Vet and would never use them or recommend them to anyone. My pom went into liver failure which i did not know when i took her in there. She was at this office for 3 day. They then handed me back a VERY sick dog and an $1800 bill 2 weeks before Christmas. The thing was I was there every day to visit with her and check on her not once did they tell me what was wrong with her or how much it would cost until i went to get her and bring her home. Then they told me it was my responsibility to ask. I was a mess and stressed I feel they took complete and total advantage of our family. We switched vets immediately and I found out that Sandy had become diabetic as well as liver crash and again that was not brought to my attention until i got to the new vet. The office manager is ruthless, rude and basically good at what she does...ripping people off. The building is fancy but you get what they paid for...this vet it a RIP OFF!

All they care about is money. Staff are uncaring and rude. They wouldn't even see my dog after he was attacked by another dog and was bleeding out right in front of them until I'd paid $2000. Stay away.

Take the extra 15 mins and drive to Unv of Penn very expensive and they are too busy to pend time with your pet making money is more important than your pet to them the staff is very nice but Penn is a hundred times better!
