The head doctor of this hospital is condescending, rude, and money hungry. The place is also very expensive. If I loved the doctor, I'd suffer through the bills, but I refuse to pay for rudeness.

Avoid these people at all costs. They are rip-off artists only in it for the money. We have three dogs that need daily pills and will for the rest of their lives. These pills are quite expensive. We learned that we could get them for 40% cheaper from Costco. We came into to get refills for the pills but asked for a script for the pills we could get at Costco to refill them there for far less. We purchased the other pills that we couldn't get from Costco from Brachburg, and at the bottom of the bill is a $5 dollar charge for the script! So if you don't pay their outrageously inflated prices, they're going to charge you for a script???!!! This is simply wrong. They made $5 dollars today, but the world is going to know what greedy creatures they are. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Very expensive! Always kept waiting! One time an hour and a half. Every year I say I am not going back. Doctors nice, desk staff only so so. Stood with 2 upset dogs for 12 minutes waiting to pay bill, "waiting for charges to be put on bill". And I was the only one there.

Staff wrote in records that I intentionally altered records. When I asked for explanation I was told that I monopolized their time, I was looking too much into it and I was making a scene in their office. The insurance company records their phone calls and it was determined that it was their office that inferred that I altered the records. How dare they...I was heartbroken because I did like the facility and the holistic approach. They treat people with an attitude, plus they are extremely expensive! I do not want to be treated in this manner and will be leaving the office for good.

Why I took my dog to them for so long I do not know. Stupidity I suppose. The current Vet is rude. She talks down to you and belittles you. My dog is old and as expected went through a plethora of ailments. Even though we expressed early on our concerns about quality of life the Vet insisted on trying a regiment of pills. When the pills did not work, the Vet made me and my wife feel horrible by saying things like, "What, your wife isn't capable of feeding a dog a simple pill?" This dragged on for far too long. Each time though, the Vet made us feel guilty if we did not pay for different pills. When we finally broke and told her we couldn't do this any more, the Vets next recommended that we put the dog in a kennel. That was it for me. How the heck would anybody think that putting an elderly and sick dog in a kennel, where it surely would live its last days, is humane?! Not me! If you love your pet, avoid this place like the plague!
