The vets and staff here are excellent, but they are VERY expensive and do seem to need some limits on the testing they want to do. They do great work, but because of how $$$$$ they were, we found another vet who is just as good, and much more practical in a financial way.

Very expensive and the charge an additional $25 lab fee for each and every test they do because they outsource it all-even the most basic. This also delays test results. I brought my dog in for chronic diarrhea and they tested for a very rare disease and basically led me to believe she probably wouldn't live. When the test came back it was negative and they wanted to continue testing for other obscure diseases at which point I found a new vet who thinks my dog just has a sensitive stomach. I had to wait 45 minutes for one of my appointments which I was on time for. My vet seemed kind of condescending as well. I do not recommend!

We get our cat's fur shaved every summer. We brought him to New Hope Animal Hospital's grooming department the first time because they had the best price of all the placed I had called. We've now brought him there about 5-6 times to be shaved. They are very friendly and do a good job.

I have used New Hope Animal Hospital since 1983. All four vets are highly competent, compassionate, and reliable. Their vet techs are also outstanding. My pets have always received top quality care. I am an RN so have some ability to evaluate quality of care.
