I make my appointments with Dr. Cutillo and he is very professional. He takes the time to explain his diagnosis and explains treatment options. I have recommended this hospital to family and friends.

Whenever Kito is not feeling well these vets know just what to do. I would not go anywhere else's!

They misdiagnosed my dog and after a year of the wrong treatment he became deathly ill. Of course they could not figure out the problem and 3 weeks and $7,000 he had to be put down.

I went there yesterday. I was made to wait about 50 minutes past my prescheduled appointment. I was never told how long it would be or asked if I'd like to reschedule. I finally said something an the lady at the desk just said I don't know I just got here. No help. The other lady was on the phone most the time talking about child support. No help. So just then they call me in. I thank the dr. For making me wait. He says there was an emergency. So I ask why no one explain that. I was aggrevated an he said no need to be rude. But it's ok to make me wait there. That's not rude. So I tell him to just do what he has to I have to go. Back out to the front desk an now I have a screaming match with some other worker standing around doing nothing. Surprise. I pay an leave. Call manager. She defends the people by saying the back didn't tell the front there was a emergency. Shocked. I explain to her she has a large communication issue. Never again. Rude. Unprofessional

They do lots of unnecessary tests to run up the bill and I have found the Drs to be incompetent.
